What products are covered by the replacement offer?

Anapen® Junior 150, Anapen® 300 and Anapen® 500 purchased in 2023, with either Jun 2023 or Oct 2023 expiry.

How and when will I receive my replacement devices?

Replacement stock will be sent to your pharmacy in the month prior to the device expiry.  

An email will be sent to you as a reminder to collect them. If needed, this email can be used when instore to show you are entitled to the free replacements.

What if my pharmacy doesn’t have my replacement devices?

We will work closely with pharmacy to ensure your devices are ready for pick up.

Do I need to bring my old devices into the pharmacy to get the replacements?

You do not need to bring your old device/s to the pharmacy to obtain a replacement. However, if you no longer need to use this medicine or it is out of date, it can be returned to the pharmacy for safe disposal.

Is there a cut off date for registering for replacements?

Yes.

Jun 2023 expiry product must be registered by end May 2023.

Oct 2023 expiry product must be registered by end Sep 2023.

Product will not be accepted for replacement after it has expired.
